Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
Directions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the white wine, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour in the cream and stir to combine. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley, then remove from heat and serve.
