Ingredients
2 fillets of catfish
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and the remaining spices from the flour mixture.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the catfish fillets.
