Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
4 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup white sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform cake pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream.
Pour the milk mixture over the top of the cake.
In a small bowl, beat the white sugar and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Drizzle the sugar mixture over the top of the cake.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
