Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, coconut oil, honey, peppermint extract, and sea salt over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Once the mixture is smooth and melted, remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Dip each mint leaf into the chocolate mixture, coating both sides. Place onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 5 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
  6. Remove from the freezer and enjoy immediately.
