Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh crab meat

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
