Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions
