Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup wasabi peas, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the wasabi peas and Parmesan cheese. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Roll each piece of dough in the wasabi-Parmesan mixture, making sure to coat it completely.
  5. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop the gnocchi into the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, about 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the gnocchi and serve with your favorite sauce.
