1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and white pepper. Pour over chicken and stir to combine.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and reduce heat to medium. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in green onions. Serve over rice or noodles.
