- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch pie pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture and mix until all the ingredients are combined.
