Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
Rub the pork chops with the spice mixture.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side.
Add the chicken broth and diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the chopped cilantro.
Serve and enjoy!
