Ingredients
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring often.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
Add the butter and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
