- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring often.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
- Add the butter and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
