Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard and cumin seeds and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chopped green chillies and turmeric powder and cook for 1 minute.
Add the okra and salt and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add the grated coconut, curry leaves and coconut milk and mix well.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
