1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup salsa
Directions
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the black beans, pinto beans, red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Add the beef broth and salsa and stir to combine.
Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing position.
Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 25 minutes.
When the cooking time is done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
Release any remaining pressure and remove the lid. Stir the beans and season to taste with salt and pepper.
