Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of quince paste
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the quince paste, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, pepper and salt.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
