Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of quince paste
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the quince paste, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, pepper and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  5. Serve warm as an appetizer.
