Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 pound cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 pound cooked chicken, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and chicken and cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the white wine to the skillet and simmer until the wine has reduced by half, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss the pasta with the sauce until combined. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
