Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate and sprinkle with the pecans, coconut, and cherries.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Allow to cool before serving.
