Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 3 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread the sliced peaches in the bottom of the unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar and flour.
- Pour melted butter over the top.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour over the peaches.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
