Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread the sliced peaches in the bottom of the unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar and flour.
  3. Pour melted butter over the top.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour over the peaches.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
