In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well blended.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture and whisk until combined.
Melt butter in a 9-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once butter is melted, pour batter into the skillet and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon over the top of the batter. Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
