Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package of active dry yeast
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and active dry yeast.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix together until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to desired thickness.
  6. Place the crust on a greased baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
