Ingredients
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
8-10 small corn or flour tortillas
Directions
In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet, about 1 minute per side.
To assemble the tacos, place some of the shrimp in each tortilla and top with the cilantro lime sauce.
