Ingredients
1 refrigerated pie crust
1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Using a fork, prick the bottom and sides of the crust.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Beat until smooth.
Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
