Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Using a fork, prick the bottom and sides of the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cool before serving.
