Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the honeydew melon, cantaloupe, strawberries, red onion, and mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, or chill for up to two hours.
