Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and ground ginger. In a large bowl, beat eggs with a mixer; add sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Blend in zucchini. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
Fold in walnuts and raisins. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
