Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chickpea flour, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, chili powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the water and olive oil until a thick batter forms.
  4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
