Ingredients
1 (3-5 pound) boneless pork loin roast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

Directions
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the pork loin roast.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic, and parsley.
Place the sweet potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Place the pork roast on top of the potatoes and pour the sauce over the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
Serve the pork with the potatoes and sauce.
