Ingredients

  • 2 9-inch Pie crusts
  • 4 Pears, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the pears, sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt and flour. Mix until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate and spread it out evenly. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Allow to cool before serving.
