1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions
In the Instant Pot, cook the sausage until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, chiles, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking time is done, quick release the pressure and remove the lid.
Stir in the cheese and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
Interesting Facts
This Instant Pot Queso is a great way to use up leftover sausage.
The green chiles give this dish a nice kick.
For a vegan option, replace the sausage with crumbled tofu and the cheese with vegan cheese.
