Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground sausage
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- In the Instant Pot, cook the sausage until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, chiles, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is done, quick release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Stir in the cheese and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
