Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of capicola ham
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
- Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of capicola ham and secure with toothpicks.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
