Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of capicola ham
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of capicola ham and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
