Ingredients
1 pound pork shoulder, cut into cubes
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the pork shoulder cubes and diced onion to the pot and cook for a few minutes until the pork cubes are browned.
Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook for another minute.
Add the black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, barbecue sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before releasing the remaining pressure.
Remove the lid and stir the pork and beans. If desired, set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook for a few minutes to reduce the sauce.
Serve the pulled pork and beans with your favorite sides.
