Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread walnuts and coconut on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer toasted walnuts and coconut to a food processor. Process until the mixture forms a paste, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Process until combined, about 1 minute.
  5. Transfer to a glass jar and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
