- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2/3 cup mayonnaise

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Add the water and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
