Ingredients
- 2 large apples (any variety), cored and diced
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the diced apples, walnuts, and celery.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the apple mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
