- 1 pound boneless, skinless turkey or chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 cup buttermilk

Directions
- Cut the turkey or chicken into 2-3 inch cubes and place in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
- Pour the buttermilk into the bowl with the turkey or chicken and mix to combine.

- Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the pieces of turkey or chicken to the skillet and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the turkey or chicken nuggets from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
