Decorator Frosting II

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• Food coloring, optional

Directions

1. In a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating until smooth.
3. Add vanilla extract, evaporated milk, and food coloring (if desired). Beat until combined.
4. Spread over cooled cake or cupcakes.
