Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
  3. Add melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with your hands.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar and almond extract. Dip each cookie into the mixture, coating both sides. Place on a wire rack to let the glaze set.
