- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons instant yeast

- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the warm water, yeast, and oil and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, mix the raisins, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the mixture to the dough and knead until it is well incorporated.
- Form the dough into a round loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 more hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the kulich for 25-30 minutes, until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let the kulich cool on a wire rack before serving.
