Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and scramble until eggs are cooked through. Add turkey and cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 1 minute per side. Place about 1/3 cup of egg mixture into each tortilla, fold in edges and roll up. Serve immediately.
