Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine macaroni, tomatoes, tomato sauce, little smokies, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well, and spread evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
