Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced rhubarb
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite jam

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon. Mix until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix butter, flour, oats and nuts until blended.
  4. Spread the rhubarb mixture in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle the flour-oat mixture over the rhubarb.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and spread the jam on top.
  8. Let cool and serve.
