Ingredients
- 1 cup of diced rhubarb
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup of your favorite jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon. Mix until blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix butter, flour, oats and nuts until blended.
- Spread the rhubarb mixture in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle the flour-oat mixture over the rhubarb.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and spread the jam on top.
- Let cool and serve.
