Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2-4 pounds of pork ribs
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, oregano, thyme and cayenne pepper.
- Brush each side of the ribs with the olive oil, then sprinkle the rub evenly on both sides.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
