1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2-4 pounds of pork ribs
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, oregano, thyme and cayenne pepper.
Brush each side of the ribs with the olive oil, then sprinkle the rub evenly on both sides.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
