Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillet, cut into cubes
1 leek, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Pour in the cream, white wine, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the creamy salmon and leek pasta hot.
