Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add the cooked chickpeas, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, ground coriander, black pepper, salt, and red chili powder.
  2. Mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and mix again.
  4. Serve the Indian Chickpea Chaat Salad chilled or at room temperature.
