Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, coconut, white and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the condensed milk over the top of the mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
Cool before cutting into bars.
