Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, and celery seed. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
