Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (7-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stir in noodles.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
