Ingredients
4 duck legs
2 tablespoons of green curry paste
1 can of coconut milk
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
2 tablespoons of fish sauce

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine curry paste, coconut milk, red bell pepper, onion, coriander, fish sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Place duck legs in a baking dish and pour the curry mixture over them. Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
