Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, avocado, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- To assemble the wraps, take a lettuce leaf and add a few spoonfuls of the chicken mixture. Roll up the lettuce and enjoy!
