Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the pork tenderloin.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish. Pour the lime juice and orange juice over the pork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
