Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the pork tenderloin.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish. Pour the lime juice and orange juice over the pork.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
