Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 papaya, peeled and diced
  • 1 banana, peeled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of milk

Directions

  1. Place the mango, papaya, banana, and pineapple in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt and milk and blend until combined.
  3. Pour the Vitamina into a glass and enjoy!
