Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small saucepan, heat white chocolate chips and heavy cream over medium heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, salt, and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Add melted white chocolate mixture to cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until center is just set. Cool completely before serving.
