Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat white chocolate chips and heavy cream over medium heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, salt, and vanilla and beat until combined.
  4. Add melted white chocolate mixture to cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until center is just set. Cool completely before serving.
